I love books. I love them so much that I majored in Creative Writing, and then got two more degrees in Literature and Publishing. The trouble is, I’m so busy with real life that I rarely have time to read anything these days except blog posts or fan fiction. This summer, I’m bound to change that and get back into my favorite reading groove. Here are the books that have made it onto my summer reading list so far.

Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi

If Birds Fly Back by Carlie Sorosiak

via Marta’s Bookshelf

The Traitor’s Kiss by Erin Beaty

via Pages Unbound

Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel

via BAAS

Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow

The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton

via Dream by Day

Torn by Rowena Miller

via Spinatale

The Gospel of Loki by Joanne M. Harris
