I read this fic back in 2013, and fell in love with the idea of Greaserlock. But as with so many fics, it got buried in my bookmarks and was sadly forgotten. I was pleasantly surprised to rediscover it a few days ago, and it’s just as good now as it was then. Set in 1950s America, John and Sherlock discover each other in ways you didn’t know you needed. When I first read it, I was hesitant about the idea of my Baker Street boys in America and not in London—but michi_thekiller has captured their personalities, quirks, and problems so well that the setting only adds to the story instead of taking away from it. Not sold? Just imagine Sherlock on a motorcycle. Yeah, that’s what I thought.
