(haha more like fanfic Thursday, am I right?) I don’t know about y’all, but waiting for the next season of The 100 is driving me crazy! So naturally, I’ve been diving into Bellarke fanfiction. Here are three post-season-4 fics that I haven’t been able to stop thinking about!
1.) “darling, just hold my hand” by killianslonghaul
Pairing: Clarke Griffin/Bellamy Blake
Word Count: 2,734
Author’s Summary
“I know you don’t like public displays of affection, but… you’re really not going to kiss me goodbye?”
or
Bellamy doesn’t really do PDA, but he might make an exception.
2.) “stars, hide your fires” by twilightstargazer
Pairing: Clarke Griffin/Bellamy BlakeWord Count: 4,680
Author’s Summary
“Clarke–”
She shushes him easily, leaning to the side and grabbing an old knife and a tin of aloe vera gel, presenting the items to him. She holds up the knife with a wry half smile while her other hand thumbs the patches of hair that grace his cheeks. For a moment it feels like the whole world stops, and there’s nothing but the two of them here in this moment.
“You need to shave,” she tells him, and her eyes immediately catch on the bob of his Adam’s apple as he swallows.
3.) “we’re too good at goodbyes” by LaughingSenselessly
Pairing: Clarke Griffin/Bellamy Blake
Word Count: 8,209
Author’s Summary
She sneaks a glance at Bellamy; he’s staring into the flames with a closed off expression. His hair is long and curly against his forehead, and he’s got scruff, too. As handsome as ever, maybe more. There’s a small scar on his temple that she doesn’t remember.
He’s so familiar, yet… so foreign. Clarke had imagined their reunion a dozen different ways over the years, but never had she imagined it could be like this.
Awkward.
