Marvel’s STEAM Variant Covers Are Bad Ass

There’s a lot of reasons I enjoy reading comics: the fight of good v. evil, the creative collaboration between art and literature, the willingness to experiment in storytelling. I particularly love when comic creators choose to use their stories to encourage readers to expand their understanding of the world around them, which Marvel will be doing this fall with the STEAM Variants. If you’re a comic fan, I particularly recommend checking out the titles listed below. -TC

New York, NY—Aug 22nd, 2016 — Marvel’s best and brightest heroes are stepping to the head of the class for a series of special variant covers! Marvel is pleased to announce 5 special STEAM Variants coming to some of your favorite Marvel titles this November!

  • E (engineering)— INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #1 by Mike McKone
  • A (art) — CHAMPIONS #2 by Pascal Campion
  • M (math) – GWENPOOL #8 by Will Sliney
