You all KNOW how much I love Jensen Ackles and when, on August 24, 2014, the actor, father and all around grumpy old man joined Twitter, he opened up his world to fans and allowed us to get a glimpse into his life. He’s a musician. He jams. in the a.m. wearing sleeveless shirts! Yeah, guys, this is the first week Jensen got Twitter and I think the fans knew we were in for a bunch of really great selfies.

9) Live tweeting with Misha and Jared the 200th episode

The interaction between Jensen, Misha and Jared is fun to watch on screen and off. And Jensen? You are absolutely that type of girl.

Jensen got into his tweeting groove around October. He started to let loose. I mean, really, really share…even the embarrassing stuff.

Seriously, grandpa? This is the family portrait of nightmares. I totally wrote a fanfic inspired by these holiday sweaters, though.

3) The Dreaded Unfollow

He’s so sweet, he apologizes for unfollowing MS even though we all were getting a little sick of those sweaty gym selfies. Same, Jensen. Same.

2) Sunsetgate

The picture that set the fandom aflame. Half died of joy, the other half combust from anger. Regardless of which “side” you were on, the sunset pics changed the way fandom understood the friendship between Jensen and Misha.

1) Father’s Day

These two besties are friendship goals. After Jared missed JibCon, the fans were worried. It was nice to see Jensen with his buddy, enjoying time with their kids and each other.
